itelligence acquires 60% stake in SyBIT

A team of OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte led by the partner Dr Felix Born, advised itelligence AG on the acquisition of an initial 60-percent stake in SyBIT GmbH, Radolfzell, and accompanied the transaction. Eventually, itelligence aims to acquire a 100 percent stake in SyBIT.

SyBIT GmbH was founded in 2000 and currently employs some 170 people. The company is a leading expert in customer relationship management (CRM) and e-commerce in Germany. SyBIT is one of the few Cloud Focus Partners recognized by SAP and ranks among Germany’s top 20 digital agencies.

itelligence is one of the world's leading SAP consulting companies and is operating in 25 countries with around 7,200 employees. With its comprehensive range of services from SAP strategy consulting, SAP license sales, and SAP industry solutions developed in-house to application-management and hosting services itelligence generated total sales in 2017 of approximately EUR 872.2 million.

The acquisition of SyBIT enables itelligence to secure one of the top positions in the market for customer management and e-commerce systems in Germany. With SyBIT on board, itelligence now has one of the largest and most experienced teams of consultants for cloud-based SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and e-commerce solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. SyBIT will continue to operate under its own brand name after the acquisition.
