Merger Control

We do everything to make the merger control proceedings run efficiently. We assess in advance the antitrust law feasibility of mergers and the formation of joint ventures on the basis of our industry knowledge and long experience.  We will thus identify risks of the planned transaction and possible solutions at an early stage. Our experience in dealing with the antitrust authorities facilitates efficient preparation of the merger control proceedings.  Most mergers have effects outside Germany. In such cases, we analyse at an early stage which other antitrust authorities must be notified and initiate the notification by our local cooperation partner. Parallel, we support the integration of the participants in accordance with antitrust law.
