Franziska Schaible is team member of the corporate law team awarded by JUVE.
Franziska Schaible studied law with a focus on commercial and economic law in Freiburg im Breisgau and Barcelona. She completed her doctorate in 2021 with a thesis on the liability of auditors at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg. During her doctoral studies, Franziska Schaible worked as a research assistant at an international consulting firm in Freiburg and at a leading commercial law firm in Stuttgart in the areas of tax, corporate law and M&A. She completed her legal traineeship in Stuttgart and worked for a leading commercial law firm in Hamburg and the Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin.
She has been an attorney at OPPENLÄNDER since 2023. Franziska Schaible is a member of the Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS40) and the German Association of Women Lawyers.

Franziska Schaible advises on corporate law, corporate finance, M&A transactions and energy law.
She also advises on litigation in state courts and arbitration tribunals. As part of the Freiburg team at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court in Hong Kong and Vienna, she gained her first experience in international arbitration during her studies.
