Jessica Ferreira Rocha grew up in Stuttgart. She studied law at the University of Tübingen, specializing in corporate and commercial law (corporate organization and financing). She completed her legal clerkship at the Stuttgart Regional Court.

Jessica Ferreira Rocha has been practicing as an attorney at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte since 2022. She earned her doctorate on a topic related to stock corporation law at the University of Zurich under the supervision of Professor Dr. Rolf Sethe (Chair of Private, Commercial, and Economic Law).
