Martin Fink was born in Munich and studied in Konstanz, obtaining his doctorate in European antitrust law. He discovered his love for anti-trust law in a post-graduate course as well as by working in a Swiss consultancy specialised on antitrust and procurement law advice. During his practical training, he worked inter alia at the European Commission in the Hearing Office for Competition Questions. In addition, he was an academic assistant at the Chair of German and European Private and Commercial Law at Konstanz University with emphasis on antitrust law.

Expertise
Martin Fink advises on all questions of German and European antitrust law with emphasis on conducting complex antitrust compensation litigation. In more than 40 such proceedings, he has gained in-depth and broad experience in advising and representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Other specialist areas are German and European merger control, distribution antitrust law and antitrust law compliance. Not only commercial companies, but in particular also companies/associations in the area of banking and energy in which he also advises on the nexus to regulatory law, rely on the advice of Martin Fink.
Martin Fink is author of a number of specialist publications on various German and European antitrust law questions and a lecturer at the EBS University Law School Wiesbaden.
