Dr. Raphael Höll is team member of the antitrust law team awarded by JUVE.

Raphael Höll was born in Stuttgart and studied at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg as well as at the Université de Lausanne (Switzerland). He obtained his doctorate at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg with a thesis on international civil procedural law. Since 2020, he is a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER. Raphael Höll is associate lecturer at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg, he is a member of the Initiative of Young Arbitrators (DIS 40) and author of a number of publications in the areas of German and international civil procedural law.

Expertise

Raphael Höll represents companies in complex disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Central to his work is the conduct of anti-trust compensation claims for plaintiffs as well as defendants. He also advises in all areas of international private and civil procedural law, including the international trade and corporate law. Furthermore, he supports companies as permanent advisor in trade and distribution issues.
