Lake Constance, football and cooperative law characterise Sebastian Reif. He studied law at the University of Constance. He then wrote his dissertation in the field of cooperative law under the supervision of Professor Dr Christian Picker (Chair of Civil Law, Labour Law and Corporate Law at the University of Konstanz), at whose chair he also worked as a research assistant. From 2020 to 2022, Sebastian Reif was also a lecturer at the HTWG Konstanz in the Bachelor’s programme in Business Law. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Constance. He has been a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER since 2025.
Sebastian Reif is a football referee and has been a sports judge in the sports jurisdiction of the Württemberg Football Association for many years.

Sebastian Reif provides comprehensive advice in the area of corporate law. He has particular expertise in co-operative law, which he already dealt with in detail as part of his dissertation.
He is the author of numerous publications on civil law, corporate law and sports law.
