Attorney Simon Gollasch is part of the antitrust team awarded by JUVE.

Simon Gollasch was born in Stuttgart in 1993 and grew up in the surrounding area. After studying at the Universities of Tübingen and Aix-Marseille (where he obtained a master’s degree in international and European law), he completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Tübingen, with internships (amongst others) at the Federal Ministry of Economics in Berlin and OPPENLÄNDER in Stuttgart, where he has been practicing as an attorney since 2022. In 2023, he completed a further master’s degree with a focus on European law while working.

Simon Gollasch is a member of the German-French Lawyers Association and the Antitrust Law Study Association.

Expertise

Simon Gollasch advises and represents medium-sized and large companies comprehensively in the areas of antitrust law and litigation. One focus of his work is the representation of companies in antitrust damages litigation before state courts, where he acts on both the plaintiff’s and the defendant’s side.
