Attorney Julia Sauter is part of the corporate law team awarded by JUVE.

Julia Sauter was born in Schwäbisch Gmünd in 1996. She studied law at the University of Würzburg, specialising in private law dogmatics and civil law administration. Julia Sauter has been a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte since completing her legal clerkship in Heilbronn in 2021. Between 2022 and 2024, Julia Sauter completed a part-time Master’s programme (LL.M.) at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management to deepen her legal and business management expertise in the areas of M&A and corporate finance. She has also been a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2025.

Julia Sauter advises on corporate law with focus on corporate law transactions, board member liability and contract drafting.

In M&A projects she advises and represents clients both on the acquisition and sale of companies and interests as well as in disputes following the transactions.

She also advises transport associations on structural questions of corporate law organisation.
