Karoline Korff was born and raised in the Böblingen area. Karoline Korff advises and represents both private and public employers comprehensively in all matters of individual and collective labor law. Her focus is on the termination of employment relationships, representation in dismissal protection proceedings, and support in negotiations and disputes with works councils. In addition, the drafting of employment contracts and works agreements is a key focus of her work. Karoline Korff advises on corporate transactions from an employment law perspective, in particular conducting due diligence reviews in M&A processes.
