Attorney Karoline Korff is part of the corporate law team recognized by JUVE.

Karoline Korff was born and raised in the Böblingen area. She studied economics and law (LL.B.) at the University of Mannheim, specializing in international contract and corporate law as well as human resources. She completed her legal clerkship in Stuttgart, working at a leading commercial law firm and an international technology group.

She has been a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte since 2026.

Karoline Korff advises and represents both private and public employers comprehensively in all matters of individual and collective labor law. Her focus is on the termination of employment relationships, representation in dismissal protection proceedings, and support in negotiations and disputes with works councils. In addition, the drafting of employment contracts and works agreements is a key focus of her work. Karoline Korff advises on corporate transactions from an employment law perspective, in particular conducting due diligence reviews in M&A processes.
