Large-scale Proceedings

In antitrust law in particular, we work closely together in teams of antitrust lawyers and litigators. We can draw on our experience “from the very beginning” in the enforcement as well as in the defence of claims for cartel damages. We have participated in a large number of proceedings before all courts in Germany and were involved in many decisive decisions of the Federal Supreme Court on cartel damages (in particular the “Schienenkartell” decisions).

We also handle the defence of hundreds of similarly-directed individual actions, for example in the automotive sector or in the railway sector. Depending on the project, we use legal tech for project management and the preparation of pleadings.
