Financing agreement usually contain many covenants and financial covenants. For good reasons, dispute proceedings rarely arise.

The legal assessment of contract terms is nevertheless an important element in our practice. We often review whether a business measure is feasible under the existing financial conditions or contracts or whether the prior consent of the lender is necessary.

Legal questions of financial significance are posed in the course of the redemption of old loans, often in connection with refinancing or financing, for example whether security is released or penalties for early redemption demanded.

If necessary, we represent the interests of our clients vis-à-vis the relevant contract partner.
