Specialised corporate law advice in complex corporate law questions is our specialty. The core of our corporate law work consists of disputes and advising companies and corporate bodies on the defence and making of compensation claims. Our clients include major listed public companies and medium-sized companies as well as family companies, group subsidiaries, private investors, shareholders and insolvency administrators. We also advise and represent board members, managing directors, supervisory board members and administrative board members. We work on reorganisation and restructuring law as well as in partnership, private and public company law. We are also experienced in board member and managing director liability issues, and have successfully advised and represented many clients in that area.

The preparation and conduct of annual general meetings for listed and unlisted companies, advising and representing boards and board members (management boards and supervisory boards) and the making and/or defence of board members liability claims, are central to our comprehensive corporate and group advice.

Our work on shareholder disputes is one of our core corporate law capabilities in which we have many years‘ experience. We represent our clients whether in or out of court or before arbitration tribunals and, with our experience, effectively and successfully pursue their interests.

Crises & Restructuring

In times of crisis, we indicate restructuring and financing options, in case of insolvency the insolvency experts in our corporate team are integrated. We regularly also advise insolvency administrators at the nexus to corporate law or represent our clients on creditor committees or in connection with insolvency plans.
