We advise our clients on the possibilities of arbitration clauses as an alternative to state jurisdiction as early as the contract drafting stage. We represent our clients in national and international arbitration proceedings and also frequently contribute our specifically developed and widely used know-how as party-appointed arbitrators or chairpersons of arbitral tribunals. Our arbitration practice focuses on energy, corporate law, antitrust law and mergers and acquisitions.
