We advise both well-known cooperations, organisations and associations in the media industry as well as individual shareholders in media houses and publishers. We have special experience in drafting articles of association, corporate agreements and shareholder agreements in the course of advising on multi-member mergers to the effect that they take account of the special features of the industry and the units created with our support function as intended.
