Protecting secret information and confidential data is of essential importance, especially for companies in the defence and security sector. We have been advising our clients for years on how to prevent cyber attacks and develop efficient continuity and emergency management systems to avoid serious damage and personal liability risks.

We advise operators of critical infrastructure on the practical implementation of complex and interlinked regulations governing IT security, in particular in accordance with the IT Security Act 2.0, the Ordinance on the Determination of Critical Infrastructure (BSI-KritisVO) and the requirements of the related EU directives on network and information security (NIS Directives).
