Works Council

We support our clients in all works constitution issues. We review which co-determination rights apply and how far they extend. We prepare works council hearings and draft works agreements. We also represent employers before conciliation bodies and in decision proceedings.

If workforce reductions arise in the course of restructuring and reorganisation measures, reconciliation of interests and social plans must be negotiated with the works council. We contribute extensive experience to that process and support our clients in the often difficult conciliation proceedings.
