Julia Sauter, LL.M., is a new associated partner at OPPENLÄNDER

Julia Sauter was appointed associate partner on 1 July 2025.

Since December 2021, she has been working as a lawyer in Dr Thomas Trölitzsch’s corporate law and M&A team. She studied in Würzburg and joined the OPPENLÄNDER team during her legal traineeship.
In 2023, she completed a part-time LL.M. programme in M&A, which she successfully completed in 2024. With her focus on corporate transactions, she strengthens an area that is essential to us.

We are delighted that Julia Sauter will be contributing to the partnership’s business decisions as an associate partner in the future.
