OPPENLÄNDER advised one of the main shareholders of PFISTERER Holding SE on the placement of part of its shares in the context of a successful IPO

Dr Thomas Trölitzsch and Jessica Ferreira Rocha have advised one of the main shareholders of Pfisterer Holding SE on the placement of part of its shares in the context of an IPO. This is the first IPO in Germany this year. The shares of the electrical engineering specialist PFISTERER have been tradable in the Scale stock exchange segment since Wednesday, 14 May 2025.

The Swabian family-owned company PFISTERER is a developer and manufacturer of electrical connection and insulation parts for power grid interfaces. In 2024, the medium-sized company generated sales of 383.1 million euros and employed over 1,200 people in 15 countries.
