The OPPENLÄNDER partnership is growing. On January 1, 2026, Dr. Henrike Schulte will become a partner and Dr. Joachim Ott a salary partner at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte. Both were previously associate partners at the firm. We warmly congratulate Henrike and Joachim and look forward to the personal and professional enrichment they will bring to our partnership!

Henrike studied in Konstanz and Stockholm and received her doctorate from the University of Konstanz. She has been working at OPPENLÄNDER in all areas of public law since December 2019. Her main areas of expertise are constitutional and parliamentary law, stock exchange and banking supervisory law, and the regulation of new mobility services.

Joachim studied in Saarbrücken and Exeter and received his doctorate from the University of Saarbrücken. He has been working at OPPENLÄNDER in the field of public procurement law since May 2019. His work focuses on designing procurement procedures for public clients and advising companies on all aspects of public procurement law.
