OPPENLÄNDER expands its health law and intellectual property department with new lawyer

Franziska Gökmen joined the team led by Dr Timo Kieser on 1 May 2025 in the fields of health law and intellectual property law.
She studied in Tübingen, specialising in commercial criminal law. During her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Stuttgart, she also focussed on private international law.

Franziska Gökmen has already spent her elective traineeship at OPPENLÄNDER.

The Regional Court of Stuttgart has dismissed the claim for compensation by B.H. Holding GmbH (parent company of Woolworth and Tedi) in the amount of over 32 million euros.
