OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte advises the shareholder of GDT Gründach Technik GmbH on the sale of his shares to the GarLa Group and on the re-investment

OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholder of GDT Gründach Technik GmbH and other affiliated companies on the sale of his shares to the GarLa Group. As part of the transaction, the seller also acquired a re-investment in the GarLa Group, which OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte also supported.

 

GDT Gründach Technik GmbH, based in Unterensingen, employs around 40 people and is a leading gardening and landscaping company that offers a full range of services related to green roofs throughout Germany – from design and implementation to long-term support and maintenance.

 

With this transaction, GDT Gründach Technik GmbH becomes part of the GarLa Group, which plays a key role in consolidating the highly fragmented gardening and landscaping market in the D/A/CH region and offers its discerning clientele high-quality services in the field of gardening and landscaping. It is part of the portfolio of Ufenau Capital Partners AG.
