OPPENLÄNDER strengthens litigation practice with new lawyer

Nina Mutschler joined the litigation team of OPPENLÄNDER on 1 February 2025. She studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg, specialising in European and commercial law. After completing her legal clerkship at the District Court of Ulm, she worked for several years in a national, medium-sized commercial law firm.

The Regional Court of Stuttgart has dismissed the claim for compensation by B.H. Holding GmbH (parent company of Woolworth and Tedi) in the amount of over 32 million euros.
