Dr Marcel Lerch joined our corporate law team in August 2026.
Dr Marcel Lerch studied law at the University of Heidelberg and completed his doctoral thesis on a fundamental topic in the law of obligations under the supervision of Prof. Dr Andreas Piekenbrock. He completed his legal training in the district of the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court, specialising in corporate law. He was already part of our corporate law team during his legal training and is therefore ideally placed to make a seamless transition to his role as a solicitor at OPPENLÄNDER.
He is starting his legal career as part of the team led by Dr Thomas Trölitzsch and Dr Carl Höfer.
