Dr. Maximilian Gerhold joined our public law team on June 1, 2025.

During his studies and doctorate in Passau and Toulouse, he worked at the Passau Chair of Public Law, Media and Information Law. He wrote his German-French dissertation on a constitutional and economic administrative law topic.

He has already worked in the OPPENLÄNDER public law team as an intern and several times as an academic assistant. He is now starting his legal career in the team of Prof. Dr Christofer Lenz.
