Dr. Donata Beck and Dr. Ulrich Klumpp, both antitrust lawyers, obtain the go-ahead from the German Federal Cartel Office for an advertising cooperation between Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZ) and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.). SZ and F.A.Z. plan to market their national print advertisements in the future via the joint venture Republic GmbH.
