Human Rights Complaints

Human rights complaints under the European Human Rights Convention are a further instrument of European law with which to enforce commercial and procedural rights. Ever more frequently, companies and citizens avail of that resource to obtain relief from oppressive state or European measures.

We are one of the few law firms representing clients for many decades before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in the enforcement of commercial and procedural rights. Inter alia, we achieved there the declaration that a breach of the Convention arises if a federal Land breaches injunctions of the Federal Constitutional Court.
