Real estate advice does not stop for us with the transfer of ownership. We advise owners on the management of their properties, for example on the conclusion of facility management and centre management agreements or in the retail sector on the extension or range of stock.

We also advise lessors and lessees on the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, for example for shopping centres, retail properties or franchise restaurant systems.

In existing leases, we advise our clients for example on defects in the property and on questions of premature termination. We also review as necessary possibilities of optimising the lease.
