Dr. Matthias Ulshöfer and Dr. Joachim Ott have successfully represented the bus company Müller-Reisen against its exclusion from a two-year emergency contract for bus routes in the western Enz region.
Müller Reisen had not been considered for the multi-million Euro contracts because the company had previously had to be exempted from operating self-economic transport services. The Baden-Württemberg Procurement Chamber and now the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court have declared this to be contrary to procurement law.
