Simon Stoffel studied law with a focus on civil procedure and insolvency law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and the University of Adelaide (Australia). He completed his legal clerkship in Tübingen and Frankfurt am Main. Subsequently, he worked for more than two years as a doctoral candidate at a chair for civil law, german and international civil procedure law in Tübingen. He joined OPPENLÄNDER as a lawyer in October 2023.
