Anja Niederhofer works mainly in the areas of intellectual property law and dispute resolution & litigation. Already during her studies, she concentrated in the civil law area. A practical training gave her the first insight into intellectual property rights. The variety of legal and factual issues awoke her deep interest so that she decided for that area of work.
In dealing with cases, she employs her creativity as well as her legal knowledge. She develops suitable solutions even for unusual legal problems.
