Anne-Kathrin Bichweiler, born in Villingen-Schwenningen, studied law at the University of Konstanz. Already during her studies, she focussed on corporate law with the priority area “Legal Basis of International Commerce” offered by the university. After completing her practical training in Heilbronn, she obtained her doctorate with a thesis entitled “The shareholder status of co-heirs to GmbH shares” (published under her former name Bettecken) at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen under Prof. Dr. Jan Schürnbrand. Anne-Kathrin Bichweiler has been a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte since 2014.
