Katharina Köbler studied law at the Universities of Mannheim and Krakau. She received her doctorate with a thesis on “Legal frameworks of application monitoring” (published under her former name Niedziolka) at the Institute for German, European and International Medicine Law, Health Law and Bioethics (IMGB) under Prof. Dr. Taupitz.
