Donata Beck develops solutions for her clients. When providing antitrust law compliant advice Donata Beck has the development on the market and the interests of her clients in view. She pursues her clients’ objectives with great tenacity and tactical awareness, not least because she can draw on her former experience as strategic management consultant.

Donata Beck studied at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau, Aberdeen (Scotland) and Heidelberg and completed her legal training at the Kammergericht Berlin. She achieved her doctorate in Heidelberg.

Expertise

Donata Beck advises comprehensively on German and European antitrust law. A core of Donata Beck’s practice is the elaboration of compliant cooperation forms, among others the formation of joint ventures. She conducts national and international merger control procedures. Donata Beck also advises on the liability of board members under antitrust law. Her aim is the problem resolution, not the noisy spectacle.

Donata Beck has special industry expertise in publishing markets (books, newspapers and magazines), TV, radio and cable markets, but also in advertising markets.

Donata Beck is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht (an association of cartel law professionals) where she heads the regional group of Stuttgart.
