Timo Kieser has intensively advised for many years both in intellectual property and health law. He regularly represents clients in court. He is author of many competition law and health law specialist publications, co-author of the commentary “Apothekengesetz (Pharmacy Act) (Kieser/Wesser/Saalfrank), the commentary on the pharmacy business regulation of Cyran/Rotta and author of the book “Apothekenrecht” (pharmacy law).

Timo Kieser also lectures regularly on pharmacy law, health law, medical products law and competition law issues.

Theory meets practice

Our attorneys pass on their practical knowledge to students as lecturers at numerous universities. In the winter semester 2021/22, Dr. Carl Höfer, Simon Schmauder and Dr. Raphael Höll will give a lecture on "Civil Procedure and Litigation Tactics in Commercial Law Firms" at the University of Heidelberg.
