Timo Kieser has intensively advised for many years both in intellectual property and health law. He is author of many competition law and health law specialist publications, co-author of the commentary “Apothekengesetz (Pharmacy Act) (Kieser/Wesser/Saalfrank), the commentary on the pharmacy business regulation of Cyran/Rotta and author of the book “Apothekenrecht” (pharmacy law).
Timo Kieser also lectures regularly on pharmacy law, health law, medical products law and competition law issues.
