Corona regulation successfully defended

OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte successfully defends the new Corona regulation on behalf of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

More than 40 urgent proceedings are currently pending before courts in Baden-Württemberg against the new § 1a of the Corona regulation.

In already 20 proceedings, the higher administrative Court (VGH Mannheim) has now decided that the state’s measures are valid. In the current situation, the interest in combating the corona pandemic outweighs the interests of the individual.

OPPENLÄNDER obtains authorisation for long-term securing of raw materials

Prof Dr Christofer Lenz and Dr Jens Ritter have made it possible despite bureaucratic and legal hurdles and obtained a permit for a joint venture between two large gravel works that will secure the supply of raw materials in the long term.
