OPPENLÄNDER sets the course for the future

OPPENLÄNDER sets the course for the future

We have enjoyed strong growth in recent years. We are proud of this!

It is not surprising that the size we have achieved also requires us to adapt our structures. We have decided to replace the previous joint administration by all partners. In future, two managing partners will take care of strategic issues and the management of internal administration. They will be advised by a three-member advisory board from among the partners. We congratulate Dr. Christian Gunßer and Dr. Florian Schmidt-Volkmar, who were unanimously elected as managing partners until the end of 2026. Both will continue to work for their clients in addition to their new roles.

With the new structure, we have set the course for a continuation of OPPENLÄNDER’s 25-year success story and created the conditions for further growth. The new structure is not associated with a change in our partnership-based law firm culture.
