Franziska Münchow has joined OPPENLÄNDER as a new lawyer and advises on corporate, commercial and contract law, corporate finance and M&A and real estate transactions. She thus strengthens the team led by Dr. Christian Gunßer.

In the areas mentioned, Franziska Münchow also represents her clients in court disputes.
