Matthias Ulshöfer has been advising his clients on public procurement law and antitrust law for over twenty years as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for public procurement law. After studying at the Universities of Stuttgart (physics) and Tübingen (law) he obtained his doctorate with a theses on merger control in German, European and US-American law under Prof. Dr. Wernhard Möschel. He is a member of the Study Group Antitrust Law and was for a number of years officer for the Stuttgart region. He is specialist lawyer for procurement law, member of the German Institution for Arbitration (DIS), permanent contributor to the periodical “Vergaberecht” (procurement law), and regularly acts as examiner in second state examination (commercial law). He is author of many specialist publications and commentaries on anti-trust law and procurement law issues and speaks regularly at lecturing events.
