Dr. Maximilian Stützel is part of the JUVE award-winning OPPENLÄNDER team with broad expertise in public law.

Maximilian Stützel comes from near Reutlingen and studied in Freiburg and Grenoble. He obtained his doctorate in Freiburg with a thesis on the nexus areas between international, constitution and European law. During that time he also worked as academic assistant at a Chair for Public Law with international focus.

Maximilian Stützel advises on various issues of public law. He has wide knowledge since even in his studies and practical training he concentrated on that legal area. He is particularly skillful in dealing with complex and unusual legal issues.

As a lawyer Maximilian Stützel acts especially for private companies and the public sector. Apart from administrative and constitutional law issues, he also deals in particular with European subvention law. His repertoire also includes classical areas such as construction and environmental law.

Maximilian Stützel is author of several specialist publications on various international, constitutional and European law measures.
