As an expert in all corporate law issues, the Ludwigshafen native supports you and your company in M&A projects of all kinds and issues such as compliance, board member liability and business succession. Born in 1963, Thomas Trölitzsch studied in Mannheim and Tübingen. During his practical training he also worked at the University of Tübingen and from 1993 to 1996 as assistant to Prof. Dr. Marcus Lutter at the Institute for Trade and Commercial Law at the University of Bonn. He obtained his doctorate in 1996.
Today the “TOP Lawyer in Corporate Law” – an attribution availed of by the journal WirtschaftsWoche in 2022 – he is inter alia a member of the Corporate Law Association – Academic Association for Enterprise and Corporate Law (VGR), of the German Institution for Arbitration (DIS), the Working Group Trade and Corporate Law in the German Lawyers’ Association (DAV), the Working Group Law and Commerce Nordbaden and Nordwürttemberg at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg.
