Obligations of providers

The AI-Act imposes a comprehensive catalogue of obligations on providers of AI systems. Even the categorisation as a provider requires a well-founded consideration of the way in which artificial intelligence is integrated. Not only developers of AI systems are covered, but in some cases also users who use AI technology inappropriately.

In line with its graduated risk assessment, the AI-Act places different requirements on providers. The provider obligations range from technical development requirements, the establishment of a risk management system and the guarantee of appropriate cyber security through to documentation obligations. We transfer the risk-based regulatory approach in a comprehensible and practical manner and support our clients in determining and fulfilling the relevant provider obligations.
