Obligations of users

The users of AI systems must also implement the requirements of the AI-Act in accordance with a risk categorisation. We advise our clients comprehensively on all user obligations, such as the implementation of technical and organisational measures, the creation of (AI) guidelines and the provision of the necessary employee competence in dealing with artificial intelligence.

Data & Know-How Protection

Obligations of providers

The AI Regulation imposes extensive obligations on providers of AI systems: technical development requirements, setting up a risk management system, ensuring appropriate cyber security and documentation obligations. We support our clients in determining and fulfilling the relevant provider obligations.
