OPPENLÄNDER wins lawsuit regarding claims for damages arising from pharmaceutical rebate contracts

Dr Matthias Ulshöfer and Dr Joachim Ott have successfully defended an international pharmaceutical company against unjustified claims for damages arising from pharmaceutical rebate contracts in a landmark case before the Munich Social Court.
