Success for the CDU Federal Executive

The ex-AfD candidate for Federal President, Prof. Dr. Max Otte, is no longer a member of the CDU.

The competent party court in Cologne has expelled him from the party at the request of the CDU federal executive committee.
The decision is legally binding because the time limit for appeal has expired. The decision states that such a “type of cooperation with the AfD violates the principles of the CDU.”

OPPENLÄNDER partner Prof. Dr. Christofer Lenz represented the CDU federal executive committee.
