Sven Luckert, born 1988 in Eisenach, studied law from 2010 to 2015 in Jena at the Friedrich Schiller University. From 2015 to 2016 he worked as academic assistant for the Chair of Civil and Social Law of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Eberhard Eichenhofer. Sven Luckert is a lawyer since 2018 and joined OPPENLÄNDER in 2021. He is a member of the Corporate Law Association – Academic Association for Company and Corporate Law (VGR) and of the Working Group Employment at the German Bar Association (DAV).

Expertise

Sven Luckert advises in corporate and in employment law. In corporate law he advises and represents his clients in shareholder conflicts in connection with board member liability claims and in corporate transactions and the resulting disputes about guarantee and warranty claims. His focus is in particular with regard to board member claims on the area bordering insolvency law. In addition, Sven Luckert advises on the selection of the correct corporate form, and the content of articles of association and on corporate governance. In employment law, he advises and represents private and public employers on all questions regarding individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, assistance in the termination of employment relationships and representation in employment law disputes as well as support in negotiations and disputes with the works council.. Sven Luckert also conducts employment law due diligence in the run-up to a corporate transaction.
