Sven Luckert advises in employment and in corporate law. In corporate law he advises and represents his clients in shareholder conflicts in connection with board member liability claims and in corporate transactions and the resulting disputes about guarantee and warranty claims. His focus is in particular with regard to board member claims on the area bordering insolvency law. In addition, Sven Luckert advises on the selection of the correct corporate form, and the content of articles of association and on corporate governance. In employment law, he advises and represents private and public employers on all questions regarding individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, assistance in the termination of employment relationships and representation in employment law disputes as well as support in negotiations and disputes with the works council..
