OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte has provided comprehensive legal advice to Rieker Investment GmbH on the acquisition of a majority stake in the KUMM Group.

The KUMM Group is a premium manufacturer of agricultural machinery from Krunkel in the Westerwald. The group focuses on the development and production of liquid manure transport and spreading technology. KUMM machines are used in particular by large farms in the agricultural sector and also by contractors.
