In the course of hiring, we draft individual service and employment contracts.  In advance we review the job advertisements and rejection decisions for any inadmissible criteria. When terminating an employment, we prepare with our client termination agreements or termination notices. We also defend the latter in legal proceedings.

We advise on the introduction and design of home office models and mobile working. We develop remuneration systems, working hours models and solutions for company pension schemes suitable for the business. Setting out compliance rules is also part of our employment law advice.

If specially protected employees have to be dismissed, we obtain the necessary consents from the appropriate bodies.  We also prepare the necessary notices if mass dismissals arise.
