Pharmacy adertising news

It is impossible to imagine everyday life in a pharmacy without advertising. However, advertising activities not only attract the desired attention of customers, but also, where applicable, of competitors, who are then concerned with the question of compliance with legal requirements.

In May 2022, a revised Price Indication Ordinance will come into force, which will also have an impact on the design of advertising measures towards consumers – especially with regard to the unloved basic prices. It is advisable to take note of these new requirements at an early stage in order to avoid bothersome and time-consuming and costly complaints.

Our online event provides an overview of the new legal regulations and the practical effects on the design of advertising measures, and also addresses other current developments, including advertising law pitfalls, and provides tips and tricks for avoiding them.

The online seminar takes place via BigBlueButton. You will receive the access link by e-mail after your registration. Participation is free of charge and possible without software installation. After the presentations there will be an opportunity for online discussion.

Responses by email are requested by February 11, 2022 (veranstaltungen@oppenlaender.de). Please indicate how many people would like to participate in the event.

OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte, represented by Prof. Dr. Christofer Lenz and Dr. Henrike Schulte, has once again won a case for State Parliament President Muhterem Aras at the Constitutional Court of Baden-Württemberg. This also concerned the use of a connecting tunnel beneath Konrad-Adenauer-Straße between the plenary building and the building housing the offices of the members of the major parliamentary groups of the Greens and the CDU.
