Dr. Joachim Ott has joined OPPENLÄNDER as an associate partner.

Mr. Ott joined OPPENLÄNDER as a lawyer in 2019 and has since been a much appreciated addition to our OPPENLÄNDER team.

He mainly advises on public procurement law and on the interfaces between public procurement law and antitrust law. He is active both on the side of companies wishing to participate as bidders in public procurement procedures and on the side of public contracting authorities. In addition, he regularly contributes to the public procurement law debate with publications and holds seminars on public procurement law topics.
